Eitan Haimovich - Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining Cell2Bet, Eitan founded HI-TAKE, an investment banking company specializing in raising growth capital for early stage start-up companies. Eitan is a graduate of the Advertising & Marketing College in Tel Aviv, specializing in copywriting and scripting.

Amir Rosenheimer - Chief Technology Officer
Amir has over 20 years experience in managing and developing high-tech projects. As CEO of RSS Software Company, Amir provided research and development software servicse to communications and biotech companies with clients such as Bovie Medical, Elta, ECI, Alvarion, Midbartech, Parpar and Motorola. Amir holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering and an MS in Quality Assurance Studies from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Baruch Gurfein - VP of Sales
Baruch has over a decade of success working in various business development capacities for telecom and Internet focused high-tech companies  from AOL to start-ups Music March and Focus Communications. He was also the Founding Partner & CEO at NewTech, a fast growing investment and business development firm targeting markets in the Former Soviet Union and East Asia.

Shmil Sachar - Shmil served as the AVP of Business Development at Comverse in Israel. Prior to joining Comverse, Shmil was the VP of Marketing and Business Development for Content Partners at Orange Cellular Communications.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Professor Moti Yung - Professor Yung is a Senior Research Scientist at Columbia University who has published extensively on the topic of cryptography. Professor Yung also served as Director, Advanced Authentication Research for RSA Laboratories, and was formerly the VP, Chief Scientist of CertCo (formerly Bankers Trust E-Commerce). He holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University in Computer Science.

Daniel Daniel - Mr. Daniel is the Manager of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) Israel.  Prior to joining AMD, Mr. Daniel was the Israel Country Manager for Veritas Software, where he built distribution channels for VERITAS enterprise and commercial products, and grew sales from less than $1M to tens of millions.  Mr. Daniel was CEO & Co-Founder of 1Tier, an enhanced IP VPN solutions provider.  He also served as General Manager for Data General Israel Ltd., and as Israel Channels Manager and Telecommunication Sales Manager for Sun Microsystems Israel Ltd. Mr. Daniel earned a B.Sc. in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration, Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
